5.2. Payment must be made in full before the start of the course, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5.3. Refund Policy:

• Full refund is available within 7 days after payment and before the course begins;
• Partial refund (50%) is available before reaching 30% course progress;
• No refund is provided after 30% course completion.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content available on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio/video materials, software, is the property of the Company or our licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

6.2. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, transmit, display, sell, license, or otherwise use any content from the Site for commercial or public purposes without our written consent.

8. Limitation of Liability
